As part of the LQFP package, this clock generator is embedded. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 32 terminations. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. The input of this clock generator is designed to be CML.
