874S02BMILF Overview


In the SOIC package, there is an embedded clock generator. There is a Clock PLL called LVDS which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. 1GHz is the maximal value for normal operation. It is a 20-bit clock PLL designed specifically for microprocessors. There are 20 pins on the frequency generators that are available for use. Despite its low operating temperature, this clock generator has -40°C operations. At 85°C, this RF synthesizer remains functional despite reduced performance. Supply voltage 3.3V is what time clock generator can handle. To supply this clock PLL, a voltage higher than 3.465V is unacceptable. The lowest limit of supply voltage for this RF synthesizer is 2.935V.
