It is available in the case Tape & Reel. As a rule, the maximum value for normal operation is 500MHz. There are 32 terminations in it. With a supply voltage of 2.5V, high efficiency is possible. With the source voltage at 2.375V, it is possible to operate with a low voltage source. It is recommended to keep the supply voltage at 2.5V to maximize efficiency.
