As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. The 32-LQFP package includes this clock generator. The input of this clock generator is designed to be HCSL, LVDS, LVHSTL, LVPECL. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 700MHz. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There are 3.135V~3.465V available for use with this clock PLL. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C. LVPECL is designed for clock generator's output.
