This clock IC is packaged using the Tube method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. A clock generator's input is called HCSL, LVDS, LVHSTL, LVPECL, SSTL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. 1GHz is the maximal value for normal operation. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.
