The SSOP package contains this clock generator. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 28 terminations within RF synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVTTL. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. An up to 80MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 3.6V of power. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 3V to be safe. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors. PF synthesizers is equipped with 20 pins. A frequency generator with -40°C operations has an impressive low-temperature performance. The RF synthesizer can still operate at 85°C with attenuated performance. The supply voltage should be maintained at 3.3V for high efficiency. Fundamentally, this is a kind of Clock Drivers clock PLL. The timing skew of this frequency synthesizer is low at 0.3 nsmax. This digital clock generator is configured with 6 high true output enable pins. If you search for the 931 family of electronic parts, you will be able to find similar parts.
