8702BYLFT Overview


It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. Clock PLL is embedded in the LQFP package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. In it, there are 48 terminations to be found. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. In this clock generator, LVDS is used as the input to the clock. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. 250MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.465V as a supply voltage. Clock PLL is equipped with 48 pin count. A frequency generator with 0°C operations has an impressive low-temperature performance. The RF synthesizer can still operate at 70°C with attenuated performance. And basically, this clock generator is often classified as a kind of Clock Drivers. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES AT MIXED 3.3V CORE AND 2.5V OUTPUT SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals. The maximal same edge skew (tskwd) can not be exceeded. There are 20 pins that are configured to enable high true output on this analog clock generator. If you search for the 8702 family of electronic parts, you will be able to find similar parts.
