It is packaged using the Tape & Reel method since it is a clock IC. As part of the LQFP package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 48 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V. In this case, LVTTL is designed to be the input of the clock generator. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. An upper frequency limit of 250MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 3.465V to operate this time clock generator. In this IC, a 48-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. There are 48 pins on the frequency generator that are available for use. There are 0°C operations available on this frequency generator and it operates at low temperatures. With attenuated performance, this RF synthesizer can survive at 70°C. As such, it is often referred to as a kind of Clock Drivers clock PLL. Low timing skew is provided by this analog clock generator at maximum 0.25 ns. There are 20 pins configured for enabling high true outputs on this clock generator. Logic circuits that use LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER logic are composed of this analog clock generator.
