Embedded in the TSSOP package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain NOT SPECIFIED degrees of temperature during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 2.5V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. LVDS is designed for clock generator's input. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 250MHz maximum. The clock-generating IC is a 24-bit device designed specifically for microprocessors. Clock generator is designed with 24 pins. Electronic frequency generator can operate at low temperatures and can perform -40°C operations at a time. There is still a possibility of the electronic frequency generator working at 85°C with attenuated performance. As such, it is often referred to as a kind of Clock Drivers clock PLL. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES AT 3.3V SUPPLY. At 0.045 ns Max, this clock generator offers low timing skew. 4 high true output enable pins are available on this clock generator. If you search for the 87004 family of parts, you will be able to find similar electrical parts. There is no point in supplying this frequency generator with a voltage higher than 3.465V.
