The clock divider is packaged in a 64-TQFP Exposed Pad case. In case Tape & Reel (TR), the cut smart buffer is available. Normal operation is limited to 1.3GHz. Consequently, it will be mounted by Surface Mount. The electrical component has a classification of Fanout Buffer (Distribution), Multiplexer.
