As far as the case type is concerned, the cut smart buffer is available in SOIC. A Bulk is used to package it. In normal operation, the maximum value is set to 900MHz. As a result, it is placed in the way of Surface Mount. For operation, 20 pins are used. A minimum temperature of -40°C is required for reliability. It is possible to achieve stable operation by setting the maximum operating temperature to 85°C. A maximum supply voltage of 3.6VV can be handled by it. With a voltage supply of 3V, this cut smart buffer can operate as low as possible.
