It's a electronic part of the LQFP package. In normal operation, 700MHz is the maximum value. A total of 32 terminations are present. The timeing clock is powered by a power supply of 3.3V volts. There is a maximum supply voltage of 3.8VV that can be handled by this clock divider. With a voltage supply of 2.375V, this cut smart buffer can operate as low as possible. As a result of using this gadget, you will also be able to obtain ECL MODE: VCC = 0V WITH VEE = -2.375V TO -3.8V.
