A 48-TQFP Exposed Pad case is used for packaging. There is a Tray packaged with it. For normal operation, 500MHz is the maximum value. The circuit clock is mounted on Surface Mount. A classification of Fanout Buffer (Distribution) is assigned to this electronic part. Setting the temperature to 0°C~70°C ensures reliable performance. Ideally, it should be able to operate from 3.135V~3.465V volts. The output is set to LVPECL. There is a family of objects known as the ICS8530.
