8524AYLFT Overview


A 64-TQFP Exposed Pad case is used for packaging. A Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package it. In normal operation, the maximum value is set to 500MHz. If this is the case, it will be mounted as Surface Mount. Electronic parts classified as Fanout Buffer (Distribution), Multiplexer are considered to be safety components. It is recommended to set the temperature to 0°C~85°C so the system can perform reliably. This circuit clock should be able to operate on a power supply of 3.135V~3.465V volts. The output of it is HSTL. It is a member of the ICS8524 family.
