The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In this clock generator, HCSL, LVDS, LVHSTL, LVPECL, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. It provides a maximum frequency of 156.25MHz. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 2.375V~3.465V. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the LVPECL logic levels is presented here. The FemtoClock? NG series includes this electronic part.
