In order to package it as a clock IC, the Bulk package is used. There is a clock generator embedded in the TSSOP package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. 20 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V.
