It is packaged using the Bulk method since it is a clock IC. The LQFP package includes this clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains a total of 32 terminations within RF synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. In this clock generator, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. An upper frequency limit of 720MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. The number of uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC this time clock generator incorporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, OTHER. An IC that generates clocks specifically for microprocessors, this clock PLL is 32-bits in si32e.
