Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). In the 32-LQFP package, there is an embedded clock generator. HCSL, LVDS, LVHSTL, LVPECL, SSTL is designed for clock generator's input. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. 700MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. As long as there are 3.135V~3.465V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work.
