Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. The 32-LQFP package contains this clock generator. LVCMOS, LVTTL, Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 700MHz. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. As long as you provide 3.135V~3.465V supply voltage, it will work. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to 0°C~70°C. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with LVPECL logic levels.
