Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. In the TSSOP package, there is an embedded clock generator. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 20 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 2.5V.
