In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. As part of the LQFP package, this clock generator is embedded. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 32 terminations. A voltage of 2.5V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator.
