Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 72-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In this clock generator, HCSL, LVDS, LVHSTL, LVPECL, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. There is a maximum frequency of 312.5MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. As long as you provide 3.135V~3.465V supply voltage, it will work. Test statistics suggest setting the ambient temperature at -40°C~85°C, which is -40°C~85°C. HCSL, LVCMOS, LVTTL is designed for clock generator's output.
