Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 10-VQFN Exposed Pad package. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Clock, Crystal. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 156.25MHz Max. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Clock generator ic works with 2.375V~3.465V. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of LVPECL logic.
