As far as the case type is concerned, the cut smart buffer is available in 48-LQFP. In case Tray, the cut smart buffer is available. In normal operation, the maximum value is set to 167MHz. A mount of Surface Mount has been applied to it. This electronic part is classified as Fanout Buffer (Distribution), Multiplexer.
