A NTC thermistor comes in a Tape & Reel (TR) package. As a convenience, it is included in the package 0805 (2012 Metric). To ensure that the NTC thermistors function properly, the resistance tolerance must be ±5%. It is recommended that NTC thermistors be set at -40°C~125°C to ensure reliable performance. Each of these NTC thermistors has a total of 2 terminations. A NTC thermistors can set no more than 300mW power. It is able to absorb power dissipation from 0.3W.
