NTC thermistors comes in the package?of a Tape & Reel (TR). The 0805 (2012 Metric) package includes it for convenience. The resistance tolerance of NTC thermistors is ±5%. The temperature setting of NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~125°C for reliable performance. Throughout these NTC thermistors, there are 2 terminations. To make the NTC thermistor operate properly, the 0 pins need to be connected together. Electronic components are capable of absorbing power dissipation in the range 0.3W. An NTC thermistor can dissipate a maximum of 300mW.
