In the package of a Tape & Reel (TR), NTC thermistors are contained. In order to make things easier, it is included in the package 0805 (2012 Metric). To ensure that the NTC thermistors function properly, the resistance tolerance must be ±5%. Setting the NTC thermistors' temperature to -40°C~125°C is the best way to ensure reliable performance. A total of 2 terminations is present on these NTC thermistors. In order to make the NTC thermistors function properly, the 2 pins must be connected. It is possible for the electronic component to absorb the power dissipation generated by 0.3W. Thermistors manufactured by NTC are capable of dissipating a maximum of 300mW of power.
