813N252BKI-04LFT Overview


There is a clock generator embedded in the QFN package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 32 terminations. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. As the Clock PLL's input, LVDS is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 312.5MHz. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Clock PLL is equipped with 32 pin count. PF synthesizers is equipped with 32 pins. There are -40°C operations available on this frequency generator and it operates at low temperatures. Even at 85°C, this frequency synthesizer is possible to last with attenuated performance. This clock generator can be classified as a kind of Clock Generators in general. The frequency synthesizer features 2 signal outputs to ensure as high a frequency as possible. A voltage exceeding 3.465V is not acceptable for supply to this frequency generator. Clock PLL operates with the minimal supply voltage of 3.135V.
