74HCT4046AD Overview
As part of the SO package, this clock generator is embedded. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. PF synthesizers is equipped with 16 pins. Designed to operate at low temperatures, this frequency generator performs -40°C operations per second. It is possible for the clock generator ic to work at 125°C with a reduced performance. It is unacceptable to supply this clock PLL with a voltage higher than 5.5V. PLLs have a minimum supply voltage limit of 4.5V. High efficiency is achieved when operating at a frequency of 21MHz. An 8-element clock PLL with a low jitter performance is available on this page. This RF synthesizer operation requires a maximum current of 50mA.
