74HCT244D Overview


Logical driver uses a neat SOT-163-20 package. All of the 2 elements are put into use. Buffer IC is suitable for Surface Mount applications. Logical driver has 20 pins. In quiescent state, the electronic part uses 8μA. To run the part safely and stably in a circuit, 5V recommends users apply 5V on the logical driver. 8 bits are included within the electrical component. 8 channels for high quality communication. Voltage buffer is capable of operating under temperature as low as -40°C. Digital buffer should operate with ambient temperature no higher than 125°C. Buffer driver outputs 6mA to its low level. In high level output mode, the electronic parts may conduct -6mA of current. Voltage used to run voltage buffer should be 4.5V at least. In regard to the maximum supply voltage, buffer driver is rated 5.5V. Wireless transceiver is able to output 8 lines. Because of its 10 lines level input capability, buffer IC is more cost-effective on transimitting signals. It is sufficient to make 8 outputs. Digital buffer is characterized to have 8 inputs. The fundamental operation of logical driver is based on 8 circuits. Working with 8 logic gates.
