728MLFT Overview


A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tape and Reel-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. Clock PLL is embedded in the SOIC package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED under reflowing conditions. There are 8 terminations found in the file. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. This Clock PLL will be fed by Crystal as its input. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. An upper frequency limit of 27MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. The uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC clock generator incoporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, OTHER. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors. There are a number of 8 pins that are available on the clock generators. Despite its low operating temperature, this clock generator has 0°C operations. The RF synthesizer can still operate at 70°C with attenuated performance. There is a maximum supply voltage of 3.3V that frequency generators can handle. A voltage exceeding 3.45V is not acceptable for supply to this frequency generator. Clock PLL operates with the minimal supply voltage of 3.15V.
