For convenience, it is included in the 1206 package. NTC thermistors are designed to operate reliably at temperatures below 130°C. NTC thermistors can operate at a minimum temperature of -50°C without compromising reliability. The NTC thermistors will not function properly unless the 2 pins are connected.
