670M-01ILFT Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A Clock PLL is included with the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. In this case, Clock is designed to be the input of the clock generator. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 160MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. There are 3V~5.5V available for use with this clock PLL. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. CMOS logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer. A Zero Delay Buffer is a classification for the electronic part in question.
