651MILFT Overview


As far as the case type is concerned, the cut smart buffer is available in SOIC N. Tape & Reel is the form in which it is packaged. Normal operation is limited to 200MHz. A total of 8 terminations are present in it. High efficiency is feasible with a supply voltage of 1.5V. It is placed in the way of Surface Mount. There is a pin count of 8 on timeing clock. During operation, 8 pins are used. The clock switch operates at a minimum working temperature of -40°C in order to maintain reliability. Stable operation is enabled by the maximum operating temperature of 85°C. There is an electronic gadget called 651 in this family. There is a default setting of output 4. There is a maximum supply voltage of 2.625VV that can be handled by this clock divider. As low as possible is the source voltage 1.425V, which can be used by the system to work. It is also possible to obtain ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V SUPPLY when using this gadget. A quiescent current of 50mA is consumed, and its external influences are unaffected.
