650R-27ILF Overview


There is a clock generator embedded in the QSOP package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. There are a total of 20 terminations in this file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. In this case, Clock is designed to be the input of the clock generator. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. 133.33MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. It is a 20-bit clock PLL designed specifically for microprocessors. It is possible to connect to the frequency generators via 20 pins. The operating temperature should be higher than -40°C. This RF synthesizer can last with attenuated performance at 85°C. The supply voltage should be maintained at 3.3V for high efficiency. A voltage above 3.6V will not provide enough power to this frequency generator. For this clock generator ic, 3V is the lowest allowable supply voltage.
