650R-21LFT Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape and Reel package is used. As part of the QSOP package, this clock generator is embedded. It contains 20 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. This Clock PLL will be fed by Clock as its input. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 66.67MHz is available. It is a 20-bit clock PLL designed specifically for microprocessors. There is an available 20 pin on the clock generators. Despite its low operating temperature, this clock generator has 0°C operations. It is possible for the clock generator ic to work at 70°C with a reduced performance. Time clock generator is capable of handling a voltage of 3.3V. It is unacceptable to supply this clock PLL with a voltage higher than 5.5V. Clock PLL operates with the minimal supply voltage of 3V.
