621NILFT Overview


There is a Tape & Reel package attached to it. In normal operation, the maximum value is set to 200MHz. A total of 8 terminations have been found in it. High efficiency is feasible with a supply voltage of 1.2V. There is a place for it in the way of Surface Mount. A pin count of 8 can be found on it. For operation, 8 pins are used. To maintain reliability, it operates at a minimum working temperature of -40°C degrees Celsius. 85°C is the maximum operating temperature required for stable operation. A member of the 621 family, this gadget is a timeing clock. By default, it is set to output 4. A maximum of 1.89V V can be supplied to it. As low as possible is the source voltage 1.14V, which can be used by the system to work. The supply voltage should be kept at 1.8V in order to obtain maximum efficiency. There is no external influence on it, as it consumes 50mA quiescent current.
