621MLFT Overview
8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case is available for the cut smart buffer. A Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package it. It is recommended that the maximum value for normal operation is 200MHz. A mount of Surface Mount has been applied to it. Electrical components classified as Fanout Buffer (Distribution) are classified as such. Setting the temperature to 0°C~70°C ensures reliable performance. It should be capable of operating with a power supply of 1.14V~1.89V volts. There is an output of LVCMOS.
