601G-21LF Overview


This clock IC is packaged using the Rail/Tube method. This clock generator is embedded in the TSSOP package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 16 terminations can be found in frequency generators. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. As the Clock PLL's input, Clock is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. An upper frequency limit of 220MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. The clock-generating IC is a 16-bit device designed specifically for microprocessors. The frequency synthesizer has 16 pins that are available. The operating temperature should be higher than 0°C. At a temperature of 70°C, the clock generator ic can operate with attenuated performance. Supply voltage 3.3V is what time clock generator can handle. Clock PLL is facilitated with 1 signal outputs to magnify output frequency as high as possible. There is no point in supplying this frequency generator with a voltage higher than 3.6V. This RF synthesizer can operate at a voltage as low as 3V. This time clock generator requires a supply current of 30mA in order to operate properly.
