Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. TSSOP contains this Clock PLL. A maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 28 terminations. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. This clock generator receives its inputs from Crystal, which is designed to be the clock source. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. It provides a maximum frequency of 200MHz. Approximately 3.6V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 3V. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors. A 28 pin is available on the clock PLL. Despite its low operating temperature, this clock generator has -40°C operations. At a temperature of 85°C, the clock generator ic can operate with attenuated performance. There is a low timing skew at 0.075 nsmax with this RF synthesizer.
