As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, LVTTL, Crystal. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. An up to 200MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 3.135V~3.465V. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of LVCMOS, LVTTL logic.
