It is packaged using the Rail/Tube method since it is a clock IC. The TSSOP package embeds this Clock PLL. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. 28 terminations can be found in frequency generators. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. Clock PLL is equipped with 28 pin count. There is an available 28 pin on the clock generators. There are -40°C operations available on this frequency generator and it operates at low temperatures. There is still a possibility of the electronic frequency generator working at 85°C with attenuated performance. Supply voltage 3.3V is what time clock generator can handle. Low timing skew is provided by this analog clock generator at maximum 0.075 ns. There are 7 true outputs. 5V-family clock generators are similar. A voltage of more than 3.465V will not be suitable for powering this clock generator. This RF synthesizer can handle voltages as low as 3.135V. The PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER logic circuits primarily use this clock device. I would like to briefly introduce you to a 4-element frequency synthesizer that performs well with low jitter. MUX input conditioning makes control signals from physical input clock PLLs.
