There is a case available for the circuit clock in Tape & Reel (TR). The maximum value for normal operation is 650MHz. In it, there are 52 terminations. It is possible to achieve high efficiency with a 2.5V supply voltage. Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount. There are 52 pins on the clock buffer. The 52 pins are utilized for operation. It is contained in Clock Driver. To maintain reliability, it operates at a minimum working temperature of -40°C degrees Celsius. It is possible to achieve stable operation when the maximum operating temperature is set to 85°C. The gadget belongs to the 5T family. There is 2.7V maximum supply voltage (Vsup).
