5P50902NBGI Overview
The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. This Clock PLL will be fed by Clock as its input. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 50MHz Max. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 1.7V~3.63V. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C.
