The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-LFLGA Exposed Pad package. In this clock generator, HCSL, LVDS, LVPECL is used as the input to the clock. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. 350MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. As long as there are 1.71V~3.465V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work.
