As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. In this clock generator, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 200MHz maximum. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There are 1.71V~3.465V available for use with this clock PLL. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C. The RF synthesizer is compatible with LVCMOS logic levels. A member of the VersaClock? 5 series, this electronic component is made of plastic.
