This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. There is a Clock PLL called HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. There is a maximum frequency of 350MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator.
