This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. An upper frequency limit of 350MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 1.71V~3.465V. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set. This is a clock generator compatible with HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. VersaClock? 5 series electronic parts are included in this product.
