The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator receives its inputs from LVTTL, Crystal, which is designed to be the clock source. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 120MHz. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 1.71V~3.465V. By calculating the test statistics, -40°C~85°C is the appropriate ambient temperature. It's compatible with LVCMOS, LVTTL logic levels.
