The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. The input of this clock generator is designed to be HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. An upper frequency limit of 350MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There should be 1.71V~3.465V provided with this RF synthesizer. Test statistics suggest setting the ambient temperature at -40°C~85°C, which is -40°C~85°C.
